It's from a film called Carry On Cleo. In the 50s, 60s and 70s there was a series of films called "Carry On" films that made fun of the British, our history, cliche situations etc. The early ones were absolutely brilliant - excellent scripts, plots, dialogue, and very nicely presented with good sets and costumes. They used to piggyback on other films, so the one in the video used the costumes and sets of the Richard Burton/Elizabeth Taylor version of Cleopatra. I can't see much point in looking them up. The humour is so British that it doesn't travel well. For instance Julius Caesar saying "Infamy, infamy! They've all got it in for me" makes me giggle like crazy. It's all in how you say it.
