Book giveaway today

As part of the run up to the UK Meet, Elisa Rolle of Reviews and Ramblings is hosting a giveaway for books by UK authors and today it's my turn! So if you like free books, or you like pirates and especially if you like free books about pirates click here and leave a comment and you may well win a copy of On A Lee Shore.

It's a rompy, generally good humoured, action adventure story set in the early 18th century and following the adventures of a young naval officer, in deep trouble, who takes himself all too seriously until he finds himself in association with a gang of pirates who don't take very much seriously at all. There are sea battles and chases, masses of pieces of eight, all kinds of skullduggery, betrayals and 'orrible murders and a pirate captain a little the worse for drink. If you like the kind of 1940s pirate movies with Errol Flynn, Robert Newton and Basil Rathbone, only with a bit of added gay romance, this might be the book for you!

That's my version of the hard sell by the way. Did it work?

I duly clicked and typed a message before i read the blurb saying I was unlisted ! hands too tired to type it all again :(
so this is a shorter message and sorry it is late but I will pm you the rest with news of pirate journals and lieutenants - and will order a copy anyway :)
