Fingers crossed for you, I hope you hear soon.
For myself, the way I look at it is that I have 3 to 4 months where I can preen myself on my bravery and write as much as possible before I have to deal with the result.

By tomorrow I will have 55 pages of novella to beta with a short turnaround - my way since 2001 of storing up brownie points in writerly heaven :)
