As of about 15 minutes ago. So now I'm right up to date.

Little snippet just for the heck of it:

"Let me," a strident voice was demanding. "I’ll soon shear this yearling tup then we can get to drinking. Besides, you all fight like girls."
There was less protest than Cynfal might have expected, but when his opponent stepped out he could see why. Firelight glinted ruddy on hair, beard and on the thick thatch on belly and breast as he pulled his shirt over his head. He tossed it back into the crowd and stepped out to confront Cynfal.
"I stand for troop three." He grinned and spread his arms. "Aeddan am I. Aeddan Hen and I have no time for mouthy boys."
Cynfal met his eyes and they held each others gaze for a long minute before both leaped to grab. Chest to chest they heaved and twisted. Feet scrabbled in the rushes. Hands slid across skin just beginning to sheen with sweat. Around them the men of the hall howled. Cynfal rammed a shoulder into Aeddan’s armpit and grabbed a handful of his breeks, lifting. The fabric tore. There was a shriek of laughter.

Tups is Hereford and most of English speaking Wales I think, but there's a whole language to do with shepherding that I don't know well enough to try and reproduce. I'd like to, though. I have a very soft spot for sheep.

We say tups in Derbyshire and Lothian, but some people looked blank at the word the first time it got used at uni.
