I'm stuck and have rewritten the same paragraph in my Greek story six times now. I know exactly what I want to say but can't find a graceful way of saying it. On the other hand the story is growing again. I've taken the advice of [livejournal.com profile] charliecochrane to make it longer (and I'm giving it more oomph while trying to keep the angst levels realistic - melodrama can be fun in the right context but it's wrong for some characters) and that of [livejournal.com profile] erastes to track down and burn those pesky filler words and cut way back on the "that"s.

I'm constantly astonished at how kind and supportive this bit of the m/m writing community is. Thanks, guys. It means a lot.
